Refund Policy

RatSweepr Cleanup Kit

All sales are processed by Polar (merchant of record). If the Kit doesn’t work on your hosting or isn’t what you expected, request a refund by writing to [email protected] with your Polar order number. We may ask what went wrong so we can fix it.

Refunds may be refused for clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund).

Done-For-You Cleanup

Paid through Wompi (payment gateway), with a payment link sent by email once scope is agreed. Never paid through Polar or shown as a link on the site.

Refunds

• Before the “We’ve started working on your site” email: full refund, any time, for any reason.
• After that email: no refunds. At that point a person is already working on your site.
• If we start and can’t finish: we refund only if the reason is on our side (we made a mistake, can’t deliver in reasonable time, lack skills/capacity). If the reason is on your side (access revoked/never provided, premium installers not supplied, undisclosed custom code, host blocked work, site changed during cleanup), no refund.

30-day conditional re-clean guarantee

If the same infection comes back within 30 days, we clean it again for free (not a refund), if you completed every checklist step and confirmed it in writing.

Same infection (covered): same malware family or backdoor from our report.

New compromise (not covered): new vulnerability, leaked/reused credentials, new plugin/theme/code added after cleanup, third-party access introduced after cleanup, another site in the same hosting account not included in the cleanup.
